Protest dates

We have a few things coming up this month, plenty for people to do!

Saturday 5th Feb is an Information and Recruitment Stall in Falkland Square, Poole. We meet at 12, brings your coats and gloves and your best smiley face to talk to the public and get them involved.

Sunday 6th of Feb is the same event but in Bournemouth Square, meet at 12 outside Debenhams.

Thursday 17th Feb at 6pm is Poole Council meeting. We meet outside the Civic Centre. Again, wrap up warm and bring anything that makes noise, placards, banners, the lot.

Tuesday 22nd Feb is Bournemouth Council meeting. Same deal, 6pm at the Town Hall.

Our Councils are all Tory led so we need to be prepared to let them know just how much the local people don’t want, and won’t accept, these cuts.

Tell everyone you know, encourage them all to come along and let’s show them how we feel!

Hope to see you all there, if you have any problems or queries please let us know

Protest at Eric Pickles

Eric Pickles is on the panel of this weeks ‘Any Questions’ show. They’re recording at Poole Grammar School on Friday and we plan to be there from 6.15 until 7.40 to protest against the ‘reforms’.

Anyone is welcome to join us – the more the merrier! Placards will be supplied, all you need to bring are waterproofs, a torch and, if you have one, a whistle.

You will have to park on the side roads as no parking is allowed at the school and we can provide lifts if needed.

Hope to see you there – let’s show this Coalition that Dorset rejects the cuts!
